THIS REQUEST IS FOR A LIMITED MEMBERSHIP.
YOU MUST ATTEND AT LEAST ONE YKSHM-SPONSORED EVENTS BEFORE YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR APPROVAL.
THE APPLICANT MUST BE SPONSORED BY A CURRENT YKSHM WHO IS IN GOOD STANDING AND HAS BEEN A MEMBER FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR.
I understand that my membership, if approved, includes the following:

Admission to two parades during the membership effective period.

Membership option one includes admission to the Gasparilla Parade of Pirates (Day) Parade, and ONE of the following: Veteran’s Parade, Santa Fest, Children’s Gasparilla Parade, or the Rough Riders St. Patrick's Day Parade.

Membership option two includes admission to the Knights of Sant' Yago Knight Parade and and ONE of the following: Veteran’s Parade, Santa Fest, Children’s Gasparilla Parade, or the Rough Riders St. Patrick's Day Parade.

Admission to all public and members-only social and volunteer events.
Submission of the Ye Krewe of Sir Henry Morgan (aka "YKSHM" or "Krewe") online membership requst form confirms agreement with the following statements:

I agree to abide by all Guidelines and Policies provided to me upon approval of this application.

I understand that while two parades are included in this membership, cancellation of a parade by the parade organizers or non-participation in one or both parades does not constitute grounds for full or partial reimbursement of membership fees. In the event of a parade cancellation, YKSHM will substitute another parade if possible.

I understand that all membership requests are reviewed in good order within 30 days of submission. Submitting this application does not guarantee that membership will be approved.

I will complete and return all required waivers within 14 days of application approval, or at least one week before my first parade (whichever comes sooner), and pay the applicable membership fee.
